FrontEnd Architect (React) for Consulting

Fulcrum is looking for a FrontEnd Architect (React) to join our project!

Part-Time (loading up to 4 hours per week)

Main responsibilities:
— Audit of current projects (up to 3 projects).
— Analysis of areas for optimization and improvement (overall project structure, custom forms, state management etc).
— Recommendations regarding best practices.
— Development of PDP for FrontEnd departments (up to 3 developers ).

— Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and highly available frontend architectures.
— Lead the architectural decisions for all React-based projects.
— Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge frontend technologies and tools.
— Provide expertise on frontend performance optimization.
— Ensure consistency in code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and refactoring.
— Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
— Develop and maintain documentation regarding standards, best practices, and architectural patterns.
— Facilitate knowledge sharing and provide mentorship to the development team through workshops and one-on-one sessions.
— Assist in the recruitment and onboarding processes for new team members.
